Every year I swear I'll do a meal plan and it lasts for one day. What is your secret? Why can't I stick to a meal plan? Your plan looks divine!
ReplyDeleteActually it started out of necessity. My kiddo has a pattern of sensitizing to things she has too often, and progressing to an allergy, so I was forced to start a strict rotation diet. The only way I could do it was to plan out what we could eat each day. Since carefully rotating foods she has stopped adding new allergens, which is awesome! I have discovered that my grocery shopping is more efficient- saving time and money- and I spend way less time staring into the cupboard trying to decide what to make when I have a plan. Win-win! I still rotate, but not as strictly. The habit really helps my mental health, so I stick with it!
