Thursday (beef)
Breakfast: pork sausage, roasted sweet potatoes
Lunch: ham roll ups
Dinner: with Dad
Friday (fish)
Breakfast: sweet potato hash over quinoa
Lunch: beans and weenies
Dinner: creamy tuna casserole
Saturday (turkey)
Breakfast: pancakes with berry syrup
Lunch: salmon salad
Dinner: bbq turkey thighs, mashed potatoes, broccoli
Sunday (vegan)
Breakfast: sausage, biscuits, green smoothie
