It's the last week of school for my kiddos, and everything is feeling like impending vacation here. This week's menu plan is quick and easy to allow for maximizing those last minute opportunities. Thursday (vegan)
Breakfast: turkey sausage, cinnamon roasted butternut squash (I really need to actually make it this week!)
